Why aren't there sizes on the bibs?

Each of our bibs have double popper fasteners on them. This allows them to be transitioned through 3 sizes, but adjusting which poppers are done up. We like our products to last and want them to stay wiht you for a long time.


When will my item be sent?

All items will be shipped in one package within 5 working days of the order. They are sent First Class through Royal Mail. Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for items once they have been posted.


I changed my mind… What is your refund/ exchange policy?

Here at William and the Wolf we aim to provide excellent service and high quality, handmade goods. We only exchange goods in original sale condition within 7 days of them being dispatched. We are unable to accept goods that are not in the original sale condition. The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer, as is the cost of postage for the exchanged items.  


What if my goods look like they’ve been mauled by a wolf?

Every item from William and the Wolf is handmade, and we ask that you treat them with a certain degree of care. If, for any reason they are found to be faulty or damaged on arrival, please email us at hi@williamandthewolf.co.uk within 2 days and the item will be replaced.


Well how about the shipping? What’s the deal with that?

There is a flat shipping rate for all orders within the UK of £2.00. Any orders however over £50 will receive free shipping. Unfortunately, at the moment we only ship to the UK.
